pleasant stay but some room for improvement
The staff was friendly. The room was surprisingly comfortable, with a clean setup that exceeded my expectations. I appreciated having a bar fridge available for snacks and drinks, quite convenient . The easy access to shopping areas.
The hotel felt a bit dated despite its charming aspects.

Good sized and very affordable room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. The location perfect and comfy close to the subway. Based close enough to 24 hr supermarket, stores and places to eat and the mall and food locations: D

Reasonable price and close to highway entrance
There is WiFi connection as it stated, yet, it wasnt the best working condition. My room is right next to the reception area where the router is located, i got very little signal from it.

Liked nothing at all for the $ 50 I paid. was not dirty. moderately clean. I want to add my two cents - We as a customer decide the reasonable price for a reasonable service. For a reasonable $ 50 , I feel we should get something better than this as a customer. This is one of the reasons, such Inns do not make an effort to do better and keep offering substandard services.
I was not happy spending even a night over here.Personally,I am not fussy about things I want and pretty adaptable for the price I pay. I would not say this place is Budget friendly as they do not offer what they say on the website. The Beds on the website say - Standard Queen or King size. Its pretty much smaller length and breadth wise if u want to accomodate a family in here. The Pillows are Thin and looked overused, i would have thrown such pillow if it were my house ;) The Micorwave and Refriegerator and TV for that matter worked well. The Table lamp was broken and had to arrange it myself. There are so many hotels surrounded by this one in the same lane , both sides of the road. No breakfast offered, but I can understand the low quality of it considering the rooms. Its not Budget Inn its Cheaap Inn ! Do not waste ur money here. u can ask better for $ 50 too i feel.

Staffs & Service was so bad. For Breakfast, they give us only toast & butter, some cereal & coffer. It was 1 of the worse place I have ever been at.

The room I stayed in was a Standard King Room and was clean with a comfortable mattress, awesome for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and made check-in seamless. Parking was ample and convenient for my business needs. Good Wi-Fi connection helped me stay productive during my trip.
No on-site dining options.

Budget Host Inn had very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The location was conveniently close to Niagara Falls and restaurants. My room was clean ,had wifi, a fridge and microwave. The rooms are all on one floor and you can park right in front of your room. They even had chairs on the porch in front of our room. This is was a great place to stay with my family on a budget. Thank you Budget Host.

The bed was a queen size and ha a double sheet on it. The blanket in the drawer was a king size torn in half...no edges were stitched. The phone was hanging on the wall on the on the other side of the room. The bathroom sink fixtures were not anchored down...all a float. The desk clerk insisted we had an ice bucket in our room..we did not.

This hotel was very shabby, dingy, no coffee pots, no shampoo. There was an old TV set in the room which was not working. They had no blankets. Lamps were broken. Not comfortable at all.
